Till this thing falls apart, which kind of scares me since the car already feels like its getting old and falling apart lol

A engine swap would be too expensive. You might as well upgrade your car to an IS-F.

But I am planning to keep my car until the warranty ends.. 4-5 years. I would keep it longer but I hate the fact how our cars is not very mod friendly. (engine wise)

10-15 years most likely. I had my integra for 13 years and currently own a 1991 MR2 Turbo which I bought brand new.

swapping cars is not on the top of my list right now, but if the moneys there after all my other expenses, then i would take it into consideration. but that wouldnt be for another 3-5 years. maybe wait and see the 3IS?

Plan to get rid of car before new model arrives... Hopefully, the rumored late 2011 (6 year cycle) release date of the 3IS holds true.

May go European next.....
