do i have to remove the bumper completely off the car to get to the running lights,tun signal bulbs,etc...or could i get to them by peeling the fender lining back to where the back of the headlight is showing? the reason for asking is because i really dont want to pull the front bumper off.but if necessary i will.

Daytime Running lights you can do without ripping it off. Parking Lights/City Lights you can do without ripping off also. You just pop the hood, remove the engine covers, and get to the back of the housing and pop the cover and just swap the bulb. Turn signal bulb though you need to remove.
