im pretty sure there a lot detailers place down there. or possibly try going to a legit car wash that does detailing or something and see if they use a buffer for detailing. shuoldn't be that hard to get rid of with there professional products.
I would still vote for the clearcoat route. If he just gets it buffed out, it will eventually come back. It's very common on CF hoods and trunks. Even the ones that claim UV protected will eventually show oxidation like that. I always got my CF parts cleared and never had an oxidation problem.
To the OP, $300 is a little high for just a clearcoat.

well yeah i would get a clear coat but i still havent found a place, thats why i need reccomendations because 300 is a little over my budget for just a clear coat.
