I got my windows tinted today, and I got it back a few hours ago & there are little bubbles all over the 4 side windows (the rear seems to be fine). Is this normal? It's a Formula One tint & was done by a reputable shop, so it's not poor quality.
This isn't a pic of my car (I tried but they weren't visible in my pictures), but my bubbles look similar to this except that there are a lot more of them in my windows.
thats a big no no...can't believe your tinter didn't tell you NOT to or at least put tape over your window switches...
don't sweat the bubbles...it'll dry in a few days and be perfectly clear...
Yup...tinter dude should have def taped up your windows and warned you not to roll them for 3-4 days. Roll them up and leave them put for a few...you should be aight.
The pic isn't of my window, it's just some pic I found on a Google Image search. I tried taking a pic of mine, but the bubbles wouldn't show up. I haven't touched the windows.
Take a picture of your windows, so we can properly see if the bubbles are from a bad job, or if it still needs drying. Def. duct tape your power window controls.
Depending on your weather the bubbles should be clear in a few days, a week and a half maximum. If not then you should bring it back remember not to roll down the window for 24hrs.

I'm pretty sure it just needs drying. Like everybody here says it's normal, and I called the shop & they told me the same thing. And I just took it out & there seem to be a lot less bubbles than there were before.
