Default Valued Customer Special

I just got this in email for servicing my IS. For the following things they want 179.95. Isn't that highway robbery? Why would they rotate on staggered wheels anyway? Stealers...

* Oil and Filter change upto 5 Quarts non-synthetic oil
* Perform tire rotation, inspect and set pressure
* Brake inspection with parking brake adjustment
* Reset Maintenance Service Lights
* Road Test Vehicle
* Complimentary Car Wash-exterior wash and interior vacuum

yes its ALL a robbery... everything you can do yourself with simple tools, see the FAQ for the DIY's and NEVER EVER let someone else wash your car ESPECIALLY at a stealership (ive seen ppl use broom *brush type* on the roofs before)

ask anyone in CL that works at a dealership if they'll let their 'peers' wash their car

the dealer will not do tire rotation on you stagger setup then you can ask for a discount, because it is less work for them to perform..;p

Insulting. They are making it sound like they are doing more work when half of that is already Lexus protocal.

lol..idk i just did the (2) free maintenances at 1000/3000 miles and 5000 miles I think thats what it was. I did a recent oil change by my work with full synthetic and I'm doing a staggered setup so f%&$ tire rotation the guy at my lexus service tells me whenever i'm around town to stop by for a wash for free..think iv'e done it maybe 5-6 times now and he like over-does it with leather conditioning, wipes the dash and doors with the special pads, dries it with new towels, cleans all the inside glass and does the tire gel it's great..but funny cause my dealer does all you mentioned for 119$ hmmm..which would subtract rotation, i do have to figure out how to get that oil maint. REQ. light off when i start my car..i tried resetting everything!!!
