Default Stock Front Lip

So we got a new house in a gated community, and yesterday when i went to put in the code to open the gate (dont have a remote yet), i scraped the left side of my front lip on the stone border around the keypad.

the damage is too bad for me to just over look it, my question is would it be cheaper to get it repaird at a body shop or find a stock lip form someone thats put on an aftermarket lip. getting an aftermarket lip would be a waste of money for me since the car will be my sisters in the next few months...
thanks in advance...

If the car is going to be your sister's in a few months, why not leave it as it is and have her worry about it in a few months.

The cost of the repair will depend on how badly the damage to the lip is. The shop might have to repaint the entire lip.

The only other option is to purchase a GFX front lip from Sewell (if there are any left) and simply replace the front lip. Good luck.

It won't be any cheaper having a body shop fix it....they will charge 75hr. + to fix it and probably can't match the paint correctly. You may find someone selling an OEM Tungsten Pearl front lip on CL. But my recommendation would be to go with an aftermarket lip...very easy install...& at least your sister will enjoy it!

Use some touch-up paint if you can, it'll mask some of the damage at least

how about no aftermarket lip, no OEM lip, and no lip at all. Just remove the lip.
