look for a better deal. 3 accidents and 65k miles should be enough red flags.

once the car had accident, they never be the same regardless how good it looks. i am speaking from experience....

image you pick up a tin can and crush it, no matter how you fix it, you just cannot make it in as same dimension as before.

GS is more of a car in my opinion (next level and class up). If it were me, I'd keep it. Plus any car that has been in 3 accidents can't be as good.

If it was me, I wouldn't even consider the trade. The 3 accidents and hig miles would be enough red flags for me to look in another direction.

Even though your heart is set on the IS, just be a little patient and you'll find a better deal for an IS.

Whats wrong with your GS? In my opinion, a GS would be a nice upgrade from an IS.

Nonetheless, it is your decision, so good luck. But I would keep the GS and wait for a better deal if you really want an IS.

IMHO, if you really want a IS350, keep looking.

Listen to 8speed if you want a damaged vehicle. Pass on the IS and look for another.
