Yellow fogs are the ish mang!

 

im not a fan of yellow overlays, change the bulb and keep the clean look... BUT its your car and if your happy, then im happy for you.

 

I'm surprised that I don't see many 2nd Gen IS rolling around with yellow fog other than the 1st Gen IS. If you have it on, it will make your car stand out a bit (just a little)

 

i did both yellow over lays and 2500k bulbs.......and it looks great!

 

I also have the yellow overlays on my fogtlights to and i also was debating of taking them off they looks nice and all but it kinda takes away the luxury look imo. i'm also contemplating on taking them off but, i have 3k yellow hid for my fogs and with out the overlay they didnt really give out the yellow look iw as looking for so i added the overlays and they are a great combination.





as for the toms rear does it fit the 09's ??

 

i think it looks pretty clean. Just keep them on until it starts to peal.

 

mr cheerio, that was what i was thinking too, as it kinda rids the luxury look. maybe i'll change the bulbs as well!

what's the difference between actual yellow bulbs versus yellow overlays?

 

I say to keep them, and I'm usually conservative with that stuff! Just my .2cents

Overlay- Yellow sheet of plastic spread over the fog light lens to make the light coming out yellow.

Yellow Bulb- The bulb itself is yellow, and when its on produces light with a yellow color to it.

 

FORGET all that overlay for the fogs and just get the JDM fogs

tails are great...I myslef am not a fan of yellow overlays. But the 3k hid fogs will rock....again as with everyone..if you like it keep it!!!
