and no you wont have bent rims with this set up I have hit bumps and holes on the roads and fwys and no dents yet (knok on wood) but of course if you hit something huge at a fast speed and I mean huge than ya you will probably get a dent but don't worry so much I'm living testament that you'll be ok with this set up.
