Hey CL
im planning on getting a CF grille in about a month. just bought springs and painting roof spoiler, so i need to start saving up again.
but i need help with the grille.

i was inpired by NU350's cf grill and "LEXUS" logo


and so i thought about adding the big "L" logo on again, but wanted do a little something different. and when i came across NU350's is350, i had a few ideas.
so i photoshopped (very quickly) a few logos i would like with the CF grill

1. cf grille with LEXUS logo, bottom right corner



2. cf grille with ALTEZZA logo, bottom right corner



3. cf grille with VVT-i logo, bottom right corner



please vote and help me out.

None, looks ricey. Just find the "L" and keep it simple.

 

First off...is this CF grill still available? I thought carson discontinued it.

I prefer the regular "L" logo.

 

My opinion is that none of these options look good and I'd stick with the "L" or leave it with nothing at all.

 

carson did discontiue it. but there is a Blitz replica CF grille i found. planning on getting that.

I would either have the L logo or nothing at all. No vvt-i or altezza considering our cars arent Altezzas....

 

i know that the 1IS is called Altezza. i know that "technically" our the 2IS is not an Altezza but it still is an IS, soo i just assumed. HAHAH

Letz250 has the best CF grill.

 

To be honest, that chicken mesh is really killing that grille. Maybe you can find a section of the grille at the bottom, something if not the same material/style of it. But yeah the chicken mesh is making it look CHEAP, CF or not.

Maybe its me, but I prefer the clean look... no words, just a simple emblem in the front and back. Too bad it leaves holes when removing the GS350 and Lexus emblems, not that it can't be fixed but its not bothering me much.

Yeah, but better pictures always make crap look great. No offense to anyone or intentional at the picture/grille. It looks good from here.

 

If i had to get one it would be choice #1. I do agree with everyone else and just leave it with the big "L"!

 

Both "L" and "Lexus" will look good if you see it will the
rest of the car. Leaving empty will make it look like there
a hole in the front. Maybe make it your own like "Sexy"or
something.

 

where do we even get that grill
