AWD Stutter
2006 AWD.
When making a turn in a sharp circle (sometimes when sharply turning to get out of a parking spot), sometimes sems like the wheels grab a bit (almost like its in 4wd lock and they cant spin freely).
Seems to happen more often when there is a little sand or something on the ground. doesnt do it often, but does it veery once in a while, ever since new. is there a problem or is this normal?

You've essentially answered your own question. It's full time all wheel drive, although it's 30/70 split, and there is limited slip in the rear you will have some drive train bind when making sharp turns especially at slow speeds.

Do the pedal dance if you want to turn off traction..
Put parking brake on.
Start car with foot held on brake.
Pump brake 3 times. and hold.
Pump ebrake 3 times and leave down.
Pump brake twice and notice the yellow symbol.
It will remain off until you restart the car.
don't forget that if you did it wrong it will start the car's self destruct mode and you will have 1 minute to do the correct process to deactivate it. mikez mention this on the other thread.
