Default Will G37 wheels fit?

I was parked right next to a new G37 and the wheels look just like the IS wheels only bigger.
Does anyone know if the G37 wheels would fit on the 2IS?

One member did effectively get the G37 wheels on his 2gen and it looked nice without rubbing issues. There is a thread on this from this past summer.

Ditto...I had also seen that post..seems our bolt pattern is the same and the offset seems better on the G37 wheels to make it seem more flushed.
But I think that post was from an old G-35 model wheels..not sure if the G37 is different.

I did see someone fitting the G35 wheels but not the brand new G37.
I think these would be a sick winter set-up.

I think you are right, probably the G35 wheels before the G37 came out. The wheels looked really nice. If my memory was correct, it was a Breakwater Blue 2Gen. I could not locate the thread.

The specs for the G37 wheels are 19x 8.5 and 19" x 9" with 43 and 45 offsets.
Will this work on the 2IS?

I just came out of a G35 Coupe into an F. The offsets on the G35 coupe are far more aggressive than they are for the G35 sedan or the G37. My 8.5/9.5" Nismo LMGT4 wheels had offsets of +25mm in front and +30mm in back. I'm still trying to find out the offsets of the BBS wheels on my F, but I believe they are more conservative.

the G37 multi-spoke wheels are 19x8 up front and 19x8.5 in the rear. they will bolt up to the 2is.

hubcentric rings are highly recommended, as the hub diameter of the G37 multi-spoke wheels are 66.1 and the hub diameter of the 2is is 60.1. as such, you will need 66.1-60.1 hubcentric rings.

also, to maintain stock rolling diameter, run 225/35-19's up front and 255/35-19's in the rear. this is especially important if you are lowered, as any larger-sized tires will cause rubbing between the tire and the wheelwell liner.

oh.. i think i ran 255/35 in the rear.. with +30 something offset... mayb thats the difference.. but some people may rub with 255/35-19 if lowered on S-Techs... safer to go either 245 or 235/35

i'm running s-techs and 255/35-19's in the rear, and i have no rubbing issues w/ my rays G35 OEM 19's.

the G37 19's are the same size, though i have to check the offset to see if they're the same.
