I think the GTS looks funny for some reason. Like the spokes are too small or something.

 

its the little fin each spoke has close to the hub.... IMO

 

I was checkin out the INGS site again and i just realized the IS is on volks progressive ME's

 

Just an FYI, I ordered my new wheels today from my Mackin rep and was told Mackin has an over stock of the Volk ME's and I was given a deal on the ME's. If I liked them I'd jumped all over it. Now throught X-mas you can get these for 450-500 dollars per wheel. So $2k for brand new Volks ME in 19" 2IS offset!!!

 

Forget about 19"! Time to go for only 20's

 

WOW, that a deal 4 sure. I called the volk rep in Atlanta they dont even have ME's they have a deal for the GT-F, they have several styles. they look good as well. They have the GTS phantom series in several colors, which looks better than the gunmetal on a white car maybe. So im just gonna drive up there and see what they have, they said that sometimes they have some with tires thay test on cars.
they also have the CE28N phantom on black and formula edition. UGHHH
and RE-30

I like ME for VIP style. Go for it.

GTS look great for a more classic sport look. ME is just too clean

 

I am working with a local guy and was told the same thingtimes are tough right now

 

i've always liked the gts. I like wheels with a lip.

 

I am left with two choices now...
Im gonna check out the Dark titanium color (on the fourth picture) with a polished lip. but id have to wait 3 weeks or so.
And the black color with polished lip (the ones on the 1st picture)

what u guys think on a white car.

I know ultimately its my choice, but tere are not many IS's around here and i almost never see one with aftermarket wheels, so its hard for me to tell how the contrast of wheel/car color works. some of you guys have gone to meets and seen 100's of IS's with different wheels, so you may have a better idea.

 

Nothing beats the formula edition!!

 

I would go with the titanium or something lighter like mercury silver. The thing with black or dark face wheels are they are difficult to see. I would want people to see what kind of wheels I was rocking, but that's just me.

Just do what makes you happy.

 

i fell in love with the phantom GT-S' but not on starfire... it will look ugly on our color... just get the chrome or titanium lip... but GT-S FTW, ME FTL (my opinion)
