there's a reason they make a gas pedal.

Are you talking about starting the engine when the car is parked on an incline?

i think he means when the car is at an incline when its a stop light. and when you let off the brake, the car drifts backwards before you hit the gas pedal.

btw, a lot of cars do that.

I loved this feature, I just let go of the gas pedal on a slight incline and i dont move a inch. I first learned about this feature on a 2GS but the other cars i drive dont have this feature.

You cant be on a very steep incline. I dont know how it works, but just keep that foot on the brake

Actually a lot of cars have this including my 2008 Lexus IS250. I know for sure that our 1999 Toyota Solara, a co-worker's 2007 Honda Odyssey, and my friend's 2006 Toyota Prius all does not roll back on an incline.
