Wow! Never seen anything like that ever...

The picture of the rim makes me question the quality of Axis rims you purchased.

Good luck with the repairs.

guess you didnt read the thread. Five Axis worked with him on getting a new rim. And judging by the pics, the consensus seems to be that something punctured the tire and rim. Five Axis is a great company and I wouldnt mind dealing with them especially after hearing of how they handled the situation.
