i thought TE's had solid face and barrel colors, and the LE's had colored faces w/ a polished lip?

Those look like LE's to me too. Something fishy going on here

iirc, TE-37's and LE-37's have the same construction, except the LE's have the polished lip.
given that, it wouldn't cost a lot to take a set of TE's and turn them into LE's.

tokyo time attacks have the polished lip and red-and-white decals. these have the polished lip and red decals. could it be TTA's? maybe. just look like LE's or re-finished TE's w/ polished lips.

Sorry for all the confusion. These are TE's that were orignally Bronze then refinished to black with polished lip.
