Remember your in Texas, thats a whole new ball game with the dealerships.. California's dealership are a lot more flexible.. But good luck and hopefully you're find what you want at a good price..

It was a good price but not great, no sports pkg but X-pack is very nice too.

The initial price for my ride was $36,800, and I got it down to $33,200, then after tax and everything it was $36,xxx...

Maybe location, I'm from Seattle and only IS250 AWDs were around $38k, and I was offered a brand new 2008 IS250 AWD for $36k with Nav. The IS-F here was priced at $62k. IS250 was as fast as my Celica GT-S so opted for the used IS350. 17k miles isn't that much and it was in excellent condition.

The only regret I have is color, silver is growing on me but I wish I had a black car...

Anyhow, what have you decided?

i'm deciding maybe fly to cali i have family there anyways, but on the other hand texas dealerships still shouldnt be pricing them at 36k right? maybe 36k after tax and title for a used 350 with 25k miles on it i'm thinking that would be reasonable you think i can get them down that low? keep in mind i'm the most patient person in the world...

I say try and get it down to like $28k, what year is it? Try Kelley Blue Book to see average prices for it: http://www.kbb.com/kbb/UsedCars/defa...ufacturerId=27

Mine was around $34k in my area, so I got a fair deal.

Dude, if you can save a few grand buy it in cali and drive it home. Check auto trader around San Diego or LA. I got my 06 IS last April with 17 k miles, luxury, Nav, ML, all the good stuff for 29,995 so it came to 32K with tax, title license. Now I know that was for an '06 but it that was about 6 months ago so now you might find an '07 for the same price. Patience is your friend!

How did you guys get a new IS350 for less than $40k? Every single 2008 I saw was near $50k!
Are you shopping in Canada? US spec IS350s have to be completely LOADED (including pre-collision and radar cruise) before they even get close to stickering for $50k. Once you hit $50k, there are a lot of competitive options open.

Here in Hawaii, everything is marked up $4,000. We got our fully loaded non NAV 07 IS250 for $38,000, sticker was $42,000, with warranty. In Hawaii everything is super expensive so I could only wish for deals like you guys. Good luck with the search.

Nope, in Seattle. This was the sticker price though...
