No cutting involved. Just have to drill 2 holes in the wheel well area on both sides to put screws in.

Check Carson's site for price. You can PM Luis and see if there's still a GB going on. I had the bodyshop install it for me since they painted it. Install seems simple enough though. There's double sided tape and total of 6 screws holding it on.
