Default Rear lip question

Does anyone know if Tom's rear lip requires cutting of the factory bumper like the rear GFX kit? I would really prefer not to cut my factory bumper

the tom's rear lip does not require cutting. the instructions for the oem gfx rear lip calls for cutting; however people have been able to install it w/o any cutting.

That is definitely good to know... thanks. Do you by chance know how they approach it without cutting? a DIY thread would be really nice
