another front plate thread - nipple issue

in new york state, if i take my front license plate off and install front bumper plugs, anyone know if its illegal?

damn, i looked at mine today. i have 4 HOLES just as you do! =\ it sucks cuz i dont think my dealership will repaint my front bumper for me. i just bought my car in december. do u think if i ask them to repaint the front bumper, they'll do it?

update! i touched up the scratches as best as i can with touchup paint and went to aerotect for the clear bra and bumper plug installation. now it looks a lot better with the plugs but still angry at the fact that i needed to do that!

pics soon fellas! there is still a large volcano like protrusion and the plugs don't perfectly sit flush. aerotect did the best they can which i'm grateful for. for aerotect!

ah those neato bumper plugs really do the trick. too bad you can still see the touch up on the scratches .

just tell yourself those are not nipples, they are front parking sensor
