Hmmm lets see....the seats are more snuggly cause the sides are adjustable and it just hugs you in on the sharp turns. Steering wheel is nice and thick, leather is also nice and thickso i guess it is less prone to wrinkle versus Lexus nice and soft leather. I like the auto update on the Navi but the Lexus is more detailed as to your destination for example Lexus would tell you your destination is on the left or right. Bmw would tell you your destination is ahead. Ride is a little harshed on the BMW but cornering is no contest. With the extra +100hp and 300lb of torque, the acceleration is just pure enjoyment. With the top down you can hear the engine purrrrrrrrrrrrr. All I can say is Im a happy camper. Dont get me wrong i did love my lexus but i love my E93 more
