His trunk and CD player are not working. What didn't you understand? It's not like you're trying to decipher the Da Vinci Code. Give the guy a break. Plus, you have not provided any helpful information in this thread.

and yes there is a button for the trunk to lock in the glove box. it is for valet service. lock everything up with your key and take out your key and just give them the fob by itself when going through valet. they can't get into your trunk or glove box if you store your valuable items in there.
and on the note.. i sure don't have a degree but what could you guys not understand? he said the center hatch in the back seat was open so he put his arm through there and released the kidnapping lever! lol you cannot use the trunk button to open the trunk because the valet trunk button was hit accidently on lock so the only way you can get to the trunk is unlocking the trunk valet button inside the glove box.. idk why people post and have nothing nice to say because it was clear enough to read and understand.
