there's 2 clips, those are the creasing points so use your drivers license, to release some adhesive as you pull up.

How easy do these break? As in, if I bring it to the dealer or detailer and they pressure wash the car , are these going to bend/snap??

oem jdm are held on buy clips + double sided adhesive, the ebay ones are just held on by 3m double sided tape

very noticeable.. but it is understandable that you think it is overpriced.. on my 2GS, it was only 120. if you want the function, then go for the eBay one, but if you are looking for style i suggest getting the oem jdm one..
