Park the car in direct Sun light for a few hours..
Usually one of those really hot days will be necessary.
Once the glue gets soft, your going to have to SLOWLY unstick & unclip them from the chrome trim ..
(Reverse procedure from your install)

Well the actual function of the visors is to allow you to crack the window open a bit to let fresh air in without letting water in on a rainy day. Although most members here will probably say they installed them for the aesthetic value. They look baller

just curious..has anyone washed their car with these on? do you have to be delicate around them when washing to prevent knocking them off?

No, they clip on, and are held in place by double-sided tape. You won't run the risk of knocking them off when washing, but don't press too hard on them because you don't want them "warping" inward toward the window.
