Default need tips on installing ING+1 Kit!!

Just got the side skirt put on. Fitment SUCKS for a JDM product. And it is AUTHENTIC. Will post pics soon. Now my question is how to install the front and the back piece. My kit came painted already, so i can't really stretch the kit that much, or else the paint will crack. So do you think it will be easier, if i uninstall the factory Front and back Bumper, then put the pieces on??
Also can anyone post a pic of their ING side skirt with the doors open, cause my gap is HUGE, and 95% of the holes don't match. I'm really disappointed for ING. Should've brought a replica, and bring it to a shop to make it custom fit.

so are you trying to install the kit over your stock bumpers??? thats what it seems like after reading your post.

I do think it will be easier to install the kit AFTER you take off your stock bumpers.

No need to remove the stock front and rear bumbers prior to installing the kit. Are u sure you have the real INGS kit? Authentic INGS kit fits like a glove and each piece has a "INGS" sticker (check the inner side).
btw, I had no issues installing my kit on my car...

thats what I though at 1st too when I got my ING's kit, but you'll have to put a little of force to fit it in.

My seibon TS style rear lip won't fit either. It's just like the INGS rear...
