Should I blacken it out or leave it? What do you think?

Either way is fine... But definitely get rid of the front plate.

one of the most simple yet effective mod... definitely changes the look of the whole front end ....

One thing I never got around to doing on mine. This does look much better especially on the darker colors.

gizbx4 nice,the blacken all looks very nice..., I would do the same for my car...
I only painted part of the chrome bezel, and sanded down the chrome, look like no one noticed.

Looks good both ways! I prefer the chrome, but black is good as well, especially on your black car!
