I believe there is a TSIB for the sunroof noise. Check out this link www.lexustsb.com
Just print out a copy of the corresponding TSIB and take it to your dealer. My dealer almost refused to do my dusty brake pad TSIB (as expected), a totally different story when they see the print-out.

press on the center speaker grill and see if you still get that noise. If so there is a TSIB on that and the sun roof.

How does the car pull left and right? it can only pull one direction at time. Are you on pavement that crowns differently?

the clicking noise is from under the car, which i think is somewhere by the brake, also i just fine out the sunroof noise is a bracket that hit to others. it's annoying. but when the sunrood is open it's gone.. only when close

What you are hearing is the movement of the brake pads as they make an initial contact with the brake rotors. Each time you depress the pedal the pads will shift foward, and same in reverse. As the pad slightly moves it will hit within the jacket of the caliper where the pad sits. There is a way the help eliminate it. In the illustration you will see a anti rattle clip/spring and a hole pin for the brake pads. I am not sure if you may buy them seperate from lexus but if possible get those two products. The rattle clip helps to keep the pads from shifting and the hold pin sometims bends or wear out where they sit within eye of the brake pad there are inserted to. Clean the back of the pads and re-apply pad adhesive where the caliper pistions will sit and on the other pad were the hanger will sit against the pads. Lubricate the all corners of the pads where they sit on the caliper brackets so they will slide good and not cause a squeal. Then see the results.

My car also pulls to the left and right. I have taken it in into 2 different dealers. They performed an alignment both times. It seems like the second time work out the best. I don’t have much pull as before. This has been a continuous issue with the IS. I dont know why we haven't seen a TSB for this?

"sunroof makes noise when i go on uneven pravement"

This is your friend. Do NOT use anything else. All lubes are NOT equal. You may do more damage in the long run.

There is a TSB about this.... #ST004-01
If you like....I will post right after the flow chart on how to correct this....but if you are still under warranty then use that code for the dealer to correct this.
