Default Help with the black roof

I just got my roof vinyled at Promax and i noticed that the shine and reflection is not that great compared to the sunroof. i was just wondering if there is any way that i can make it have a glossier appearence? can i buff the vinyl or perhaps polish and wax? thanks

That's odd - mine has a great shine on it. Don't wax it - you'll just make it more dull. Just wash it and use some quick detailer on it.

Promax picked up your phone calls? They're igonored me for the past month. Or at least the guy that does the vinyl has been. He told me it was a pain in the *** to do and never answered my calls after that. what a jerk.

It's pretty damn close. So close that no one ever realizes its vinyl until I tell them.

i would have but its just so.....permanent. im afraid of commitment and no i did not get the matte black vinyl. its glossy just not as glossy as i would have liked. just looking for suggestions on how to make vinyl more shiny. something that will match the shine on the sunroof. im wondering if i buff it, it will come out better.

This was before I got the roof rails done, but you get the picture - the shine is excellent. You might want to give John a call about that.
