Default Stock rim width?

What is the stock rim width of the 18" 2007 IS wheels? I would like to get the same size tires all around if I can.

i believe its 8 and 8.5

Front: 225/40/18, 18x8, +45mm
Rear: 255/40/18, 18x8.5, +50mm

So much for putting the same size tires all the way around. If I did wouldn't the front tire side wall appear larger than the rear cause the width is narrower?

Yes that is true but you can put front wheels on front and rear
