Wheel lip covers

Do they exist? I want a set to cover up the scratches on the edges of my wheels.

Somebody used to make wheel lip trim years ago, they came in all the "taste the rainbow" colors. Old school rice, before "altezza" tail lights, neon, fart cans, and $200 body kits.
