Default Do I need fitting kit when I transfer tpms to different wheels?

Like the title says, I'm trying to find out if I need to buy a set of new fitting kit, that has new washer/sleeves and rubber seals that are used with TPMS sensors, when i transfer my existing sensors from old wheels to different wheels.
Did you buy this kit? or just transferred the whole thing to the new wheels?

it depends on the wheels. iforged offers some adapters if they don't fit directly.

I'm planning to transfer to X package wheels or other OEM wheels.
I probably can use what I currently have, right?

If you are staying with factory Lexus wheels, then you won't need any adaptors for your TPMS sensors. The sensors should mount directly to any Lexus rim you get. If you go with aftermarket rims, then you might need an sensor adapter. I got IForged rims, and had to buy special adaptors that are a perfect interface between wheel and sensor.

thanks... I know that no adapter is needed for factory wheel, but when I meant was fitting kit - new rubber seal, sleeves that are mounted with tpms. Do I need new units or can I re-use my exisitng ones on different wheels?
So, are the TPMS and rubber, washers and other parts re-usable or one time use purposes?
thanks.
