Default MODS... and i need help!!!!

okey... so i finally put a 1000K on my car (last night at 4:45 AM)
so.. i did my first mini drift... (it was more like a power slide) last night.. felt good and stable but i had major body rollover... so i think i need to drop my car.... but i also have to get rims... so my questions are:
1- should i get rims first or lower it????

2- if im getting rims... i want rims like the one's "johnyboy" has ... they are insanely gorgeous !!!!!, so where would i be able to get those or something like that and what is the widest rims and tire that would fit on my car????

3- for lowering my car... what are the best springs and coilover???

4- should i just lower my car, get mufflers... and get rims next year???? (im running the stock 17", and i have the rwd... so they are not that tini in the back, but i wouldnt mind bigger... )

5- and if im getting mufflers for this summer, what would be my best choice???

thanx, and any comment toward these questions are more than welcome !!!!
p.s. sorry for being a total rookie... everybody has to start from somewhere

Your gonna get alot of opinions, but heres mine,

1.Lower First. you will like it when lowered, and then love it with Rims
2.Rims are your own personal Taste, I just got MRR's GT-1
3.if you want adjustments, (lower or higher) go with Coil's
4I just wasted, $300 bucks, trying to just get a nice tone with mufflers, but just ended up putting the stocks back on, too much cabin noise for (me) for a luxury type car

This depends on your Drop and your style. Streched tires (vip) or sport look I guess if you want to call it that?

3- for lowering my car... what are the best springs and coilover???
I persoanlly like the drop of the TeinS springs and the ride. Coilovers will allow you more personalization then springs but cost much more!

4- should i just lower my car, get mufflers... and get rims next year???? (im running the stock 17", and i have the rwd... so they are not that tini in the back, but i wouldnt mind bigger... )
I would lower the car first, exhaust next, rims, then GFX...This is the order I kind of did it as they arrived to my front door.

5- and if im getting mufflers for this summer, what would be my best choice???
Tanabe is nice, note too loud but gives it a noice sport car tone! You can do so much in this area. Its all going to be preference just like the items above.

Yeah like Passnu said...and llama had advised me as well.

to my understanding.....ahem lol

Its always better to lower first, that way you can determine what tire size you can and cannot run.

coilovers is a must... especially being that your in ontario. you'll get alot of guys in the beautiful weather cities say go with springs but you want coilovers for that snow.

drop is first rims are second

i did look for them, but i couldnt find anything that would go on the ISx50... there were many for LS600h though.. lol

i think im gonna get my car dropped at the dealer, hopefully they can get me the F-sport line stuff... other wise i just gotta go with whatever they have for me... (my car is leased, so it gives me less issue if i just get it done at the dealer!!!)

thanx for all the comments.. i thought i would get much more, but i didnt

1. IMO lower first, then rims. your suspension geometry after lowering should determine what size rims you should get.
2. ask johnnyboy.
3. your options are plenty. opinions will vary. check the 2is suspension sub-forum.
4. i'd look into lowering first, then rims.
5. depends on how loud/quiet you want your 2is to be.

That’s one million miles, a true testimonial to the IS’s durability.
