I was at my dealer getting the brake TSB done and the service person said that I need to get the 10k servicing done. I looked at the details on what was going to be performed and nothing really stuck out of ordinary. Should I had done the service?

 

Oil change and tire rotation, don't let the dealer back you into getting it done there if you don't want to. The visual inspection nonsense/test drive is a money maker for Lexus.

 

5k oil change. 10k oil change. 15k oil change and air filterS. 20k oil change. 25k oil change. dont waste your money on those useless services.
