i searched for ya but all i can find is paint codes for the car, not rims. I would call the dealer and tell they you need to send out your 08 IS rim for repair and want to know what they paint color/code is. I think this may be the easier way to find out?
I don't think Lexus has an official paint code for the wheels. I know 11SV14, 11SV25, and 11CR08 are not Lexus paint codes. ALL Lexus and Toyota paint codes are 3 digits, except in the case of older model lower cladding codes which are 3, 4, or 5 digits. I don't think the 08 wheels are painted at all, It's some kind of special process that uses some kind of graphite plating and polishing.

Try again. This is directly from the New Car Features manual.
Those aren't paint codes. those are internal numbers that Lexus uses to identify a color. You can't even buy touch up paint for them. Give that code to your local car color/paint supplier or dealer and they'll look at you like your nuts. Again, Lexus has never used a 6 digit paint code. I looked at a 2008 wheel a little closer and it does appear to be painted using a special process. It looks very difficult to duplicate in the field.
They picked up that "special process" first used back on the 2001 IS300 where we had the option for "Graphite Polished" wheel finish.. which is the same as the current "Liquid Grahite" wheel finish.. (found on a few OEM Lexus Wheels)
It's basically a Hyper Silver finish, where the wheel is painted Black first and then painted silver over it, which gives it this unique look..
They also chip very easily with rocks / road debris..
The dealerships sometimes have a reputable wheel guy or company where they send an OEM wheel to be re-finished in the similiar OEM color/process.. It's usually a close match but never 100%..
