According, to my local dealer I have been informed that the IS-250 Nav Package is no longer available due to it not being manufactured any longer. According to him you cannot even special order the car.

Got all this info from Englewood Lexus when I asked why all their stock IS-250's had no Nav. I also saw the IS-F which I got to test drive...

 

Thats ridiculous. he has no idea what he's talking about.

Yeah, the funny thing was that I wasn't even looking to buy the 250, so I don't know why he said that...

sounds like they just wanna sell what's in stock.....

try a few more dealers, online, or even out of state: you should be able to get better deal by the end of the month, when they need to sell the car to meet quotas.......

 

I wonder if I had taken that threat down there today if I would have gotten a better deal on that IS-350.

 

That dealer is certainly blowing smoke at you. He probably has too many 250’s without nav in stock so he’s trying to sell you one.

All you’ve got to do is go to the Lexus web site and the “build your IS” section and enter your zip code. Further screens will tell you what options are available in your area.
