IM not sure this will be flush.. The offset is a little high and the rim will go in the fender alot.. High offset same as stock wheel.. Low offset make the wheel stick out more..

you could go a little lower in offset.

how flush do you want it to be? do you plan to shave/roll the fenders?

Then they should fit fine. Stock fronts are 18x8 +50 and the rears are 18x8.5 +55.

In terms of being flush, they will be very close to mine, same at the front and only 2mm dif at the rear.

Before Spacers:

Your front 9 is tucked in, it will rub... how bad? I can't be sure but it wont be too bad, nothing a heat gun can't fix. I had about a 2mm rub at the driver side only.

If you got a really good offer on them buy them and you can always get spacers, if you are ordering them then get more aggressive ones. I was being conservative because Chicago got nothing on the Saudi ghettos I'll fit my old spacers soon just to see how they'll look like. I'll post pix
==============================================
After Spacers:

I installed hub-centric spacers on the driver side only (front/rear: 5/15mm). The front is not 100% flush yet but i am still not rubbing. The rear are now effectively +33 rather than +48, I will roll the fender soon.

All what you'll need to make those wheels flush is 10mm (hub-centric) spacers for all 4 wheels and use the heat gun.

I'm running 19 x 8.5 +30 Volks with 235/35/19 and 19 x 9.5 +35 Volks with 275/30/19 and it is very flush in front, rear could be a little more, but I have no rub.

+46 will look crappy IMHO.

Now +36, thats a little more like it.

Nope the calc is correct. By increasing the size 0.5" apx 12mm, you added 6mm to both ends, then the 6mm difference in offset shifted the outer 6mm to become another inner 6mm = 12mm on the inners only
