I have recently had a windscreen chip repaired but I am not really happy with keeping it like that as the crack will always be visible. So i want to get the windscreen replaced which would be paid for by my insurance company.

In the past, Lexus had taken out my windscreen to repair rattles that were coming from behind the dash. Therefore, I do not want any sort of rattles to start coming back from there if the windscreen company replaces it. Can anyone advise me on things to look out for or mention to the technician that replaces the windscreen to avoid any rattles coming?
