In snow mode the trans shifts sooner and will hold the higher gear longer before down shifting. Basically it keeps the drive train at lower RPMs.

Snow mode retards the timing to produce less torque and shifting. Probably not a bad idea in rush hour.

 

No, it does not. It only affects the gearbox selection - it does nothing to the engine's tune. It is, in fact, the best way to dyno the engine and not have it downshift so you can get a more complete run across a wider range of rpm.

 

I just want to say, the paddle shifters suck *****.

 

The shifters gives our cars that super toy feel, they don't really do anything. I'll go with majority and put the car on POWER n FLOOR it haha, it does everything for you hehe.
