Is there a TSIB for Sunroof?
I notice that when my moonroof is closed, I can hear its making some kinda sound. It sounds like too tight or something, its hard to describe it. Is there any TSIB related to moonroof? Thanks

Mine does this too. Dealer said there was dirt in it, and charged me $20 to "clean" it. Silly me, I didn't complain, and tell them I can clean the tracks myself. It was quiet for 3 weeks.

Wait, your Lexus dealer charged you $20 for cleaning your sunroof? You're kidding right? Unless your car has over 50k miles and there's no more warranty. My sunroof wouldn't close once, brought into the dealer, they "cleaned" it and it closed properly ever since. If they charged me for that "cleaning" I can't imagine what I will say to them

I admit I was stupid not to challenge the $20 charge (they had my car for 5 days, the paperwork wasn't ready when I got there, my 5 year old was with me and bored out of his mind and I just wanted to get him out of there, my tux didnt come back from the cleaners, an old friend came in from out of town, etc, etc), but how would dirt being in the SR tracks be a warranty item?

Don't feel bad, the wind noise is rather loud and I don't think the deflectors look that good on the gen 2's (LOL). Suprisingly, out of all the cars I have owned with a sunroof, the 2gen IS allows the most dirt to pass beyond the seal.
