Running 18x8.5 OEM wheels on all corners?
I apologize if this have been asked. I did check the FAQ and didn't see the topic (though it could have been buried in one of the threads that was not specific to this topic).
I am curious if anyone is running 18X8.5 OEM wheels (standard, ISP, G-spider) on all four corners of their IS. I would like to be able to rotate my tires properly and am looking to buy a set of G-Spider's to replace my staggered 'standard' IS wheels. I was thinking of getting all 18x8.5s if that is doable. Otherwise, I'll just get all 18x8s.
Again, I apologize if this has been asked and answered before.

Yes it is doable. I had 19x8.5 and a 35mm offset and it worked great. The OEM wheels are a 45 offset so you will be plenty good. I actually have 2 rear wheels that I am selling that are in great condition if you are interested.
I live in Vegas to so we could meet up to do the transaction.

Putting the 8.5x18 in front will rub according to some ppl. In the past some members took their cars to the dealership for the free first oil change and the wheels were rotated and there were rubbing issues. Maybe putting spacers will do the trick if you're not lowered.

The stock rears are actually +50, not +45.
I've got 8.5" +40 wheels in the front and I can just barely squeeze my pointer finger between the lip and the front spindle. It was so close that I was only comfortable going with 235/40 instead of 255/35's.
I tried putting the stock rears on the front and they won't even seat fully with the 255's on. I doubt 245's would do much better. Whoever is running that set up should pull the wheel and make sure he/she isn't rubbing on the spindle.

I think that will work - putting 235 all around or even 245s. OP wants the same size tires so he can rotate.
