Angry HELP! Foglight problems...

Aright so Yeah... I've been doing some messing around with my fogs since I've had my car. Originally was using a set of 6000k HID's for a little bit, then got a set of MTEC yellow's. Upon install of these, I noticed one was obviously brighter then another(bulb problem). Left those in for a while, until it drove me crazy enough to go ahead and purchase a NEW set. So I opted for LUMINIC's which I heard were suppose to be a very good quality brand with a nice yellow tinge. Go ahead and install these, and WOW was I impressed, the output was great from all angles BOTH bulbs were the same color thank god...

To celebrate() I went and got a car wash. Afterwards everything was fine, started my car the fogs went on NO PROBLEMS. After leaving, because it was daylight I decided to turn them off and save the fun for night driving. Upon arriving back to my garage...the fogs will NOT go on! I sat there and played with them, tried to turn them on and off as well as my regular headlights but...NOTHING.

What is wrong here? I just went to the extent of pulling back my fender again and trying the original MTEC bulb with no luck. It did not turn on either. So right now, I assume this is NOT a bulb problem, correct? What can I do to fix my problem?

Sorry, for venting I'm just really pissed now that everything seemed to be going smoothly, but ended up in disaster. Please help a brother in need! Thanks guys.

Exactly what I have been thinking...How do we even access the fuse? It's hard enough to work with the little room you have to install bulbs...
