I would never drill holes on my front bumper, that's ricer....sorry. Hope I'm not offending no one here.

Also, I've been to places that require front license plates. I just place it inside the cabin with me, with a small towell at the bottom of the plate... on top of the dash....Passenger side. Never been pulled over

It may not look ricer to you, but here, where I'm at, You'll definitely be classified as one, and quickly. I dislike front license plates on cars. To each his own, I'm just giving my opinion. At the end of the day the choice is yours.

here in Houston, TX...i used to get pulled over for no front plate in my honda but i noticed a lot of luxury cars didnt and were not getting harrassed. so maybe the cops label u as "ricer" and like to f with u.

now i have a Lex...the cops dont even bother. and if they did, i would jus pay the fine.

i took off my front plate recently (bought clips and painted em for plugs) and have passed by a few cops with no trouble. its illegal in washington state, but theres plenty of vehicles out there not getting trouble, as far as i can tell.

interesting to hear, johnny206, that having a front plate is considered ricer in NC. its vice versa wherever i go! dunno if id necessarily call it 'ricer', however

I bought a frame and had it painted along with the adapter. Fortunately in Massachusetts we have white license plates so the end result is clean IMO. Dont have to worry about getting pulled over either...

I never put mine on because I dont like how it looks.

I've only been pulled over once in downtown SD. I think the cop just used it as an excuse to see if I was drunk since he pulled me over right when I came out of a parking structure on a Saturday night.

Isn't there anyway to put the plate on using suction cups instead of holes in your bumper?

I've not decided whether to put them on yet or not. I still have some time until my plates get here.

The licence plates were on my car before I bought it new at the dealer.

If I had a choice, I would not put on the front plates to give it a nice clean undamaged bumper look. I have been running my SUV without front plates for 9 years, and no problems at all.

I dont think you know what ricer is. By that justification having NO tint is also classified the same. It may be your "opinion", but it still needs validity.

ps. not to flame the comment, but cmon, that's the dumbest thing I've read in this forum.
