They cant also detect my car, it says "pending". What they require was my phone number and zipcode, why cant they detect? Humm...

it said CDP, Car Dealer Promotions, Inc.

The site look like a company that help the dealer to keep contact with the customer

so... i guess this is not a Lexus program/service, it is just a dealer program/service.
