Default New Grill and Added front lip.

Ok so i have a few new pics of the car. I painted the grill, added a lip and painted one caliper(long story) also i got my tints.

i just washed it today and it dark out so ill post cleaner pics tomorrow.






a quick interior shot.




also i have a question there is something near my back doors on the bottom its on both side, it looks like tape any one know what it is? heres a pic

its a protective shield for rock chips. the g35 has them as well

yeah, next time you see a g35 coupe look right in front of the rear wheel and you will see it. i only know cause i had a g35 coupe

oh thats...... dandy,

haha i forgot to mention that on my one painted caliper i have a K in the middle but you cant see it in any of the pics. Im going to remove the paint and just add a Lexus decal or get a custom one with like my name, painting it was a dumb idea for me.

thanks, i think it makes the car look longer, i guess it makes the front flow more.. i was going to do a DIY but i only had my iphone and the day i did it i had an hour before it started raining so i was in a rush, but if you do it then be VERY patient and it would help if you spray painted something before(i never spray painted anything before so i did little circles which was a big mistake) also wet sanding works better then dry sanding

I've done alot of paint work on my older cars so i'm curious, what did painting in circles do? (someone doing something like that never occured to me)

i cant describe it but it like made alot of ripples. you would have a thin coat of paint on some parts then around it there would be clumps of paint, and i thought if i added more coats it would all even out but nope, it just added on to the ripples.
