what he said. they could also be a "mud flap" thing as well. keeps the rocks and water off yout bumper and side panel.
very ugly though IMO. Not my cup of tea.

I agree... although they look like they'd be the most useless mud flaps ever created. I'm with everyone else... these things are fugly.

If they went down to the bottom of the fender they wouldn't look so bad. I had all around the wheel well edges (2-3") and the rockers covered with clear bra. Lexus has a small patch back there to prevent damage/rust.

the spoilers are called "aerotriphotostats."
They have been sold overseas for years. They are an essential mod for people that like to make their cars look really stupid and gaudy.
Nah I dont know but it looks like there is no real purpose for them either!!
