Question Oh what to do...

Ok so I saw that the dealer is selling a Black on Grey IS350 with never titled 5k plus miles with a ML system and NAvi, OEM Ground effects ISP Mode and sport package and lux package w/ sports exhaust never titled. I have just come up on my one year anniversary of ownership w/ 13k miles and I Have a huge itch to go for it.
Give me some peer pressure people!!! What should I do. I test drove it yesterday and loved the tweak in ride behavior. I have the Tungsten (my third choice in color) and Black was my second.
Do I refinance and go for it? I'm torn. For 30 bucks more a month?

Why did I go?!

It was an Exec. car. So they had the seat memory for both seats etc.. metallic trim, grey leather, Sport suspension, LMS exhaust, OEM GFX, Spoiler, ML, headlight washers, heated/ventilated seats, etc.
I just meant they managed to get the options in there.

You'll take a hit selling/trading yours and a hit being taxed/titling the new one. At some point you've got to avoid immediate gratification and embrace fiscal responsibility......but whether you are at that point or not is up to you.

"Thanks, dad"....
LoL kidding, kidding. You are right though, I have been weighing that but that was the deal right out the door no money out the pocket, switch keys, go home, done. My goal was having the car paid of before then anyway, it had MODs/options i liked and less miles.... It's that 10k mile itch The other thing is i know they are going to role out the IS-F parts this spring so that weighs on me too... (sight)

Whatever you do, don't let the dealer lead you to believe that the car has Lux AND Sport. Like Koz said, the car doesn't exist and it's impossible to order it that way. If the dealer is claiming it has both, confront them about it and then get get another 3k discount.

Another year of a $30 plus payment.
You just paid off 1 year with your current IS and now you're starting all over.

yep I weighed all that... basically starting over on payments, too

but re-rephrase the sports package/ luxury...

It has virtually everything including the headlight washers sports suspension, sport pedals... LMS Exhaust etc... the only difference is metallic trim ... I realize you can't get sports and luxury packages... i mean in the sense the Exec added the option to the car...

I would just mod your own car. That car sound like a loaner or owner of a dealership's kid car that they mod and not the sport package.

if it doesnt have wood trim its not the luxury package

I dont see the point seeing you have Nav/ML now. I would see why youd want it if you had lets say a pretty bare 350 and wanted Nav/ML, Sport, and the other things. But since you have Nav/ML I dont see it being worth all that trouble to gain basically a sports package. The GFX and exhaust you can add on yourselves, but not a sport package (without significant cost). I wouldnt do it

More than just the trim -- other lux package features you didn't mention are the power rear sunshade and illuminated scuff plates.

I agree with the other posters who say that the car is too similar to what your driving to be worth the cost and effort.

have you tried a 335i yet? look into that as well. to me it seems foolish to waste thousands of dollars on virtually the same car with less miles. if i had to trade my car in right now, i don't think i'd want another lexus...i'd go for like a c-class or something different. think about what you're doing!! youre going to spend probably 7-10 thousand dollars on things that would amount to a 1.5-2k difference when you trade the car back in. why don't you just mod your car to please you for now. i have TP as well, make it look exquisite.
