Talking Halo/ HID question

I just ordered a 8000k IS350 ORACLE Halo Kit. I have OEM 4300k HID's headlights on my car now. Would this look good together or should I do to 6000k bulbs in my headlights? Thanks

Stick with OEM 4300K, you don't want the color hue to overpower your new halo's.

I would get some 6000K D4S bulbs and only run your halo's with your running/parking lights and fogs.

I want to get the 8K Halos, but i contacted a body shop and they want like 250 for the install and the painting of the headlights. + the Halos would be around 210 shipped to CA.

I got the 4300K in the low beams, but i plan to change it to 6K and ill eventually get 6K HID Fogs to.

When you get this done, be sure to post pics because i wanna see how it will look with the stock HIDs and the 8K Halos

Isn't front tint illegal in Cali? If you're going to tint it, might as well do 5%. You're going to get a ticket either way so....

Legal is 70% for the front, so its basically no tint

My cousin has 35% all around with his Acura TL and i didnt think the rear was dark enough so im deciding on 20% on the rear and 35% on the front two so i still get the dark effect/sun protection

To each his own. I'm running 20% on front windows. And 5% on the back.

I can have pics up by this Sat. I am out of town. But you should do it!! It looks very clean. The 20 in the back makes the front look darker than it really is, but keeps the cops happy. MD is 35% all around legal. Plus if you see a cop just open your sunroof and let some light in.........works very well!!

I thought its 199? as listed above? or is 149 for the low and high beams only? I might be going with the yellow fogs route so i dont think white halos would match
