^^ Agreed.. The 07-08's are just as easy..

Just push the middle and then reset before install..

Very nice diagram. When I first removed these "Evil Clips," I had some learning to do. Now, they are relatively easy to reset. These things are very easy to loose.

Lol where can i get spare retaining clips for the IS F? Does Sewell sell them or where can i get some? I already lost 1 while popping the hood to remove something. Id best keep plenty spare in my trunk just in case. Any help or a nudge in the right direction would be helpful!

i just left em out. makes it easy to get to. and from what ive noticed, the covers dont move

Dudes, just push down on the top part until it clicks. Then you can pull them out.
