Default Turn Navigation Warning Screen Off?

Is there a way to get rid of that Navigation Warning for good? Today is my second day with my 350 and I am already sick of getting rid of that screen. Even when I am just using the "Audio" section, if I turn off and on the car, it brings me right to that warning screen.

im guessing you got a used IS350. Just get the latest map DVD 7.1 and it will be a automatic temp screen.

It was actually a new '07 I just picked up. How do I know the version of my DVD? What is the cost to get a new version?

'08s eliminated the "I Agree" from the warning screen--it just stays up for a few seconds.
