Does this part of the console pop off, if so how? I usually put my coins where the cup holder is at and something is lodged there, preventing the holder from coming up completely? I hope this makes sense thanks.

 

Are you talking about the wood trim? If so, it does come off but its not that easy.

 

You Have To Pop The Grey Trim Pieces First Then The Wood Will Come Up Its Really Not That Hard.

 

The silver strips on the side of the console come up. Start from the back side (the side closer to the arm rest) and just lift up at a 45 degree angle. If you need to take off anything else, search for the navigation hack thread here on CL. It has detailed instructions with pictures showing you how to take the whole console apart.

 

I need to get access to the cupholder but I checked out the Navigation hack and I think that will help. Wish me luck
